Terms

Not a contract, and not yet a live service. Sitefinite is an internal preview. Nothing can be bought and no site can be published. The operating entity has not been formed and these terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer, so nothing here binds anyone. It is a plain statement of how the product is built to behave.

What you would be buying

A finished website, built for your business: $499 once, then$49 a month for hosting, security updates and keeping the site working as browsers change. No contract and no minimum term.

What you own

You own your website, your words, your photographs and your domain. The layouts and the software that generates them stay ours — you are not buying the workshop, you are buying the thing we made in it.

Leaving

Cancel whenever you like, from your own account, without asking us.

You do not have to ask for your website back, and you do not have to wait: there is a download button on your dashboard that gives you a complete, working copy — your pages, your logo, your photographs and your details — at any time, including before you leave. It works offline and any web host will take it as it is.

We also unlock your domain within seven days at no charge. We will never hold a website, its content or a domain against an unpaid bill.

What we will not put on your site

  • Anything you did not tell us. No licence numbers, years in business, awards, certifications, guarantees, response times or review quotes are ever invented — the software has no field for them, so they cannot appear by accident.
  • Any photograph we do not have the right to use.
  • Any claim about price, availability or outcome that you did not make yourself.

What we cannot promise

We cannot promise a position in search results, a number of enquiries, or that a website will win you work. Anyone promising you that is guessing. What we do commit to is that the site is fast, accessible, works on a phone, and is genuinely yours.

Getting it wrong

If we make a mistake, tell us and we will fix it. If we cannot fix it, you should not be paying for it.
